We do annual inspections to protect our investors against any major surprises. We look at the tenants living condition and do an exhaustive inspection of every component to ensure there are no leaks or inoperative items that could lead to future concern. Peace of mind that your property is in great condition and proactive analysis will reduce the possibility of a major leak or breakdown occurring.
Pre move out inspections are done when a tenant has given notice to vacate. We do this within 3 days of the tenant notice so we can prepare you for the upcoming turnover of the property for the new tenant. This gives us the opportunity to give you options to possibly upgrade to drive revenue, discuss normal wear and tear items such as carpet and paint that will need to be addressed, and have advanced awareness of any tenant caused issues that may be present.
